Electronics Engineering Technology
Chasing Tomorrow's Technology Today!
If you're interested in a career in technology or engineering, a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) may be for you! In this project-based program, you will learn everything from hands-on skills like soldering and cable fabrication to programming microprocessors to control electrical hardware. Graduates excel in many environments where strong electrical skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must. Want to learn even more? With an EET degree, you can also continue your education at a 4-year institution through partnerships with local colleges.
EET students are now eligible for the BMW Scholars Program! This exciting program allows students to attend class full-time at local community colleges while working part-time at BMW in order to further their education requirements, gain the necessary hands on experience, and to become viable candidates for full-time positions at BMW. Find out more information about applying to BMW Scholars by contacting SCC Career Services at (864) 592-4820 or email career@sccsc.edu.
