Continuing Education or Credit Courses... Which is Right for You?
If your immediate goal is to learn, improve or become certified in a specific area of your career as quickly as possible, perhaps continuing education is your best option.
SCC Corporate & Community Education
is our continuing education division that offers courses and nationally recognized career certifications, offering continuing education units (CEU). There are no placement tests to take, no transcripts to submit and you don’t need to apply to the College to take these classes. While continuing education courses typically don’t earn college credit or transfer to other institutions, these courses are attractive to those looking for a quick, intense approach into new careers.
