Do you need to improve your personal productivity by eliminating or changing non-productive behaviors? Do you want to achieve higher levels of efficiency by applying new, more productive work habits? This course will help you by examining priorities, conquering procrastination, handling interruptions and keeping yourself motivated.

Influencing Others:  
Organizations increasingly rely on team members and individual contributors to lead various initiatives. Often these employees need to influence people over whom they have no formal authority. Their skill at influencing others often determines the success or failure of their efforts. This course helps participants create and follow a plan for successful team initiatives.

Launching A Successful Team:
Organizational structures are more dynamic than ever, requiring leaders to form new teams and work groups to keep pace. Starting a new team, taskforce, or work group, or re-starting a floundering team is the focus of this course. Leaders learn the process of setting up a team charter, including goals, ground rules, and other important elements of a successful team. The course provides practical, actionable tools to help members stay on track, avoid the problems that plague many teams, and achieve success.  

Working Through Conflict: When differences cause people to become angry and closed-minded, the resulting conflict has a negative effect on quality, productivity, cooperation and communication. This course discusses how to manage conflict by dealing with differing ideas, interests or perceptions.
