Have a personal interest to learn something new or looking for professional development, training or certification without going through a full college academic program? SCC's Corporate & Community Education Division (Continuing Education) is here for you, to help you expand your skills and career by providing training in Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties. International, national and state recognized standards for certifications and Continuing Education Units (CEU's) are granted to students who successfully complete occupational and developmental courses.

CCE Tuition fees must be paid in full when registering for a class.
If you cannot attend a course as planned, you must notify Spartanburg Community College Corporate & Community Education Division in writing at cceinfo@sccsc.edu or by phone, 864-592-4900, at least (2) business days prior to the first day of class in order to receive a full refund. No other refunds will be issued. Spartanburg Community College reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, instructors when necessary. Full tuition will be refunded if courses are cancelled by Spartanburg Community College.
If you cannot attend a course as planned, transfers can only be made by contacting Spartanburg Community College Corporate & Community Education Division at 864-592-4900 a minimum of (2) business days prior to original class start date. No other transfers or refunds will be allowed.
Listen to your local radio station, TV station, or visit our website for class cancellations or delays due to inclement weather. Decisions will be made for day classes by 6 a.m. and for evening classes by 3 p.m.
Confirmations will be sent via email and will include directions to the appropriate campus at Spartanburg Giles Campus, Tyger River Campus in Duncan, Cherokee Campus in Gaffney, Spartanburg Downtown Campus or Union County Campus.

- Complete the application
- Proof of SC Residency for 1 year
- Cannot be default on student loans
- Owes no balance at Spartanburg Community College
- Meet one of the following criteria:
- Employed
- Complete an online financial literacy course
- Complete 100 hours of volunteer service at a South Carolina nonprofit
